Our Mission
HY2 is dedicated to providing developmental platforms that will help mold the complete player through a more personalized coaching experience. HY2 uses the key components of a player to analyze the individual's fundamental skills. Then creates workouts to help them enhance their strengths and improve their weaknesses, helping you help yourself.
Our purpose
A more personalized developmental experience

In any large group setting, the coach's attention is necessarily divided among the number of players. This reduces the amount of personal supervision each player can receive and allows for the repetition of questionable form and technique from all players.
At Hy2 we pride ourselves on developing the complete player. Player’s will receive attention from experienced coaches that will help them gain better automated control of their form, technique and decisions through fun and challenging exercises.
Both small group and large group settings are essential to individual improvement. An individual who is great at their role, is integral to the success of the group.
Hy2 Pillars of Development
Educational
Being educated while training is essential to maximizing the effectiveness of the exercise. Hy2 Trainers correct form, technique and give tips on how to gain the advantage in specific situations.
Motivational
Regular sessions with a Hy2 personal trainer may give players the boost they need and having someone in your corner to push and encourage you can be rewarding. Sometimes all we need is a little more support. They help you gain confidence in your decisions and abilities.
Challenging
A Hy2 personal trainer will challenge you and take you to the next level. They will implement exercises to keep you striving to get better. Plus, it’s always rewarding and FUN to succeed when challenged.
Developmental:
Hy2 personal trainers will coach, push, and motivate players more than they may be able to themselves. The goal is to teach the player how to self-motivate and show them how to recognize and address weaker areas of their game. Helping You Help Yourself
